Unpacking Station VUP 500
The VUP500 offers especially in combination with the powder recycling unit VRS800/500 safe and clean unpacking of parts printed on a VX500. After completion of a print job the user inserts the interchangeable container into the VUP500 and removes loose powder by using the integrated suction nozzle. A step-less lift for elevating the build platform helps the user when cleaning bigger parts. Several other elaborated details and functions allow an intuitive operation. You can also use the station for finishing small to midsize parts.

Finishing Cabin VCL 1400
Cleaning of the pre-cleaned components is easy and safe with the finishing cabin VCL1400. Extra bright light and an extendable extraction tube facilitate the work. For the cleaning, the operator has different pneumatic tools at his disposal. The height adjustable rotary table always allows a ergonomic posture during the finishing. The finishing cabin is the perfect addition for a VX500 system and allows you a closed powder circuit with a high recycling rate in connection with the VRS500 material preparation.

Material Preparation System VRS 500
Unused powder material gets recycled with VRS500 and is fed to the supply silo. In order to ensure the ideal quality of the material, the powder is both sieved and dedusted in the process. The powder can be enhanced with fresh powder in a freely adjustable ratio from a separate silo. Due to the integrated suction conveyor, the system can be used extremely flexible and furthermore allows a dust-free operation. Together with the VX500 system components, a closed powder cycle results.
