1.   You transmit your enquiry with details on quantity, usage, required delivery date and alloy as well as preferably 3D CAD data of the future component. Then you promptly receive a non-binding offer from us.   2.   Upon receipt of an order we use your data to carry out a 3D mould construction.   3.   Subsequently the sand moulds are made at Voxeljet without the use of patters. It takes about a week to dispatch to each foundry.   4.   Cast parts are produced according to your specification and by request, undergo materials testing, hydrostatic tests or x-ray analysis to ensure quality. After an- other week the parts are - as far as it involves unfinished cast parts - ready for dispatch. Altogether depending on component and required quantity it takes about 2 - 2.5 weeks from order through to delivery.
